Horrible. Unorganized, sloppy, and the reps are pretty rude.

Jayme, Bill, and Judy were very kind. At my request, they even let me come to the warehouse and they used their forklift to load for me. ABF Freight in Waco, TX gets an AAA+++ rating.

I can't imagine having a worse experience with a freight company. I ordered an item from Amazon and they chose ABF to deliver it. ABF was supposed to call me to set up a time, they never did and I had to reach out to them. I confirmed it was an inside delivery to my office. They call the morning of the delivery and the driver is sitting in the parking lot. He acts as if he has no idea where to bring the item, he begins to tell me he will have to break down the item and bring it in because the pallet is too big. I said OK, we're not in a hurry. He then drives his truck around the lot, leaves, comes back, cuts the corner too close and hops a curb. He then parks and ten minutes later tells me he cant bring the item up because his dispatcher told him he's not allowed. I told him that wasn't the deal and he said he'd call me back. Ten minutes go by and the guy drives off. I call the local dispatch and they tell me he will have to return with a small truck, I ask why, they say because his truck cant get in the lot. His truck was below my window, in the lot and ready to deliver. A guy named Will at the dispatch center was very rude and unprofessional and had no interest in what i was about to say. Now the guy can't deliver the item and is supposed to return tomorrow. What a joke. I will never use them again and Amazon will get this review.
One update: I spoke to a supervisor named Chris and he was very professional and is handling the situation with his employees.

We have ordered the same playground twice now in two months and have yet to receive it still. The first time, they kept telling us they would call on their way, and never did, and then somehow lost it. Since it's a 500 lb playground I'm not quite sure how they "lost" that. Now this second time, they told us they would come deliver on November 1. They then decided to come (without any notice) on the 28th, and then 31st of October, and have not come back since then with it (even though they confirmed by phone with us that they would). We work full time jobs - I think if you say a date you're going to deliver it, and you agree to call in advance, surely you could do at least one of those...
