I’ve been a customer for 6 years. I much preferred it when it was locally owned. I am very tired of companies and people moving here from CA, buying houses and businesses at inflated rates and then passing the increase to the customers that have lived here in Texas all their lives. The inflated values have also increased property taxes. Not cool, CA, to mess with TX’s economy.

BUYER BEWARE of 1ST MONTH FREE!! It only applies to certain units and is very misleading. You don't get 1st month free unless it shows free on the drop down menu for that particular size. Right now, the only free is a parking space, though it shows in big red bold on the website "FIRST MONTH FREE!". Otherwise, they are nice units but overpriced for climate control and not worth $220/month, IMO. They also keep going up on price and there is no cap. Aaron's was much better in price and customer service.
