It served it's purpose. Not glamorous. I stored my daughter's things there from may to July. Was big enough. Since it was outside I bought 3 charcoal moisture containers. They were all almost full. I also covered the floor and the top of items with dollar tree plastic table clothes. These extra steps definitely help protect her items from any water damage.

If I could do zero stars I would. First the specials they promote are misleading. Then, I go to view the storage to enter into the gate to put in the code buttons are missing. So, I get in the gate look at the unit it was cool only need it for a short period of time so I was going to go with it. I get to the keypad to get out of the gate several buttons doesn’t work. I call the number I looked up a lady tells me they were suppose to been changed them out that she is about to call her boss. I got to the storage at 2:17 p.m no came to let me out until 3:02 p.m. Its 102 outside I’m burning my gas then when the guy came he lied and said he wasn’t the manager but the lady on the phone said he was so WHO’S REALLY LYING? then I asked could I be accommodated for the issue I was told I couldn’t they could of at least offered me the promotion price but nothing was done I would never recommend this storage to anyone

If I could give zero stars, I would. We stored our stuff at the Robinson location because it's indoors and there are tons of cameras and a security code. Turns out, it's the same security code they've had for years and the buttons are worn off so anyone can guess it. The cameras do not actually work, they have game cameras pointed at the front door and the back dock but no one actually reviews the footage. Our units had the locks cut off and our stuff was stolen. According the to the manager "Myra" this has never happened before but tons of people in Robinson have had their stuff stolen as well she just won't tell you that. I've asked for a copy of our signed contract every month for four months and still don't have anything. The roof leaks constantly. I told them about the ceiling falling in and leaking on everyone's units and sent them pictures and they have done nothing about it. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!! It will get stolen, or it will get ruined from water damage.

I like the place, I have a unit in here and the staff is friendly and if you have a problem try to fix it fast, they just put more security cameras around it feel more safe.I don’t give the whole 5 stars just because I been having trouble and I been email them about it is been 6 months never reply back to me.

When you call to speak with someone about there Uhaul services you will want to speak to Reggie! His customer service is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, polite, accommodating and informative! They did a great job when they hired this gentleman. Ask for Reggie!

Daughters unit was broke into. Manager Randy white was 0 help. Would not meet cops at unit. Would not give me manager number. This place is not safe!!Said no cameras on the unit!! Stay away ,company is 0 help and not safe
