Absolutely loved this place. I was extremely impressed with our trip. Ashley was accommodating and helpful. Clean, fair pricing and super cute right on campus in the heart of everything. I will be going back for sure. Please note there is no office but that isn’t a problem and you should t worry. Super easy check in and access to you room.

You could not get a better campus experience anywhere else! The condo is directly across the street from Baylor campus. It is gorgeous, spacious, and was very clean. There was ample parking if you have a vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and was able to get fantastic night’s sleep. Ashley and Gaby are extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. I felt very thankful for their kindness and great customer service after a difficult morning of traveling. Only thing to note: there is no "lobby" or area to wait other than outside in the parking lot, so if you arrive to Waco before check-in, plan to hang out somewhere else. Overall, a great experience and would certainly stay here again if I am back in Waco!

We arrived at the hotel and upon entry the appearance was very nice UNTILL... We found that the condo had not been cleaned including trash under the couch. The refrigerator had spills and stains from previous occupants. The bedding had not been changed or washed. There was hair and remnants of cats having been in the room. We were here with special needs children and could not sleep because of allergy issues. After, we had to leave because of these issues. The owner proceeded to call and harass us. He was calling with threats and screaming at us over the phone. Slum lord at its finest describes this completely. If you stay here, know that it is dirty and not properly cleaned. You will be harassed by the owner who lives on site.

I actually never did get to stay at this location. However, I did have some confusion with Expedia stating that the property would not waive an early cancellation fee and that I would be charged $244.00 for canceling early. This was aggravating as I had canceled within a 6 hour period of time.Thankfully Ashley from the property reached out and ensure me that I would not receive any cancellation fee and offered me a 10% discount on a future stay at the property.5 star customer service. I can't wait to visit in the future. Thank you again Ashley!

This is more like large townhouses. My daughter and I stayed a night there before her Baylor university tour. It was comfortable and just lovely. The campus is literally across the street.

Amazing stay! I truly loved it here. Great value for money. You get a very bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and it's all on Baylor's campus. I can't believe I hadn't heard of this place before. Ashley, you are doing a great job! Thank you so much to you and your awesome staff for making my stay so comfortable!

Made a last minute booking over the phone with Ashley (the manager) and we were so glad to find such a friendly, sweet spot to lay our heads! Campus is just across the street & all the remote checkin instructions were painless and quick! The place is cute and had more than we needed. The beds were COZY!!

Great place to stay! It has all the comforts of home and nicely furnished with amenities needed. Each unit has outdoor seating and parking at your door. It is located in the heart of Baylor University and minutes to shopping and dining. I would stay here again.

This condo was by far the best laid out and cleanest place I’ve stayed in during my visits to Waco. The staff, Ashley, is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will book all my stays while visiting Waco here. The place is directly across Baylor and has all the awesome amenities that you could possibly ask for in a place away from your regular home.

Awesome place.great location right in the middle of baylor.cindo was perfect,2 bedrooms 1 had super soft bed and the other was firm,2 full baths w large showers,full kitchen and even was able to knock out our dirty laundry w washer n dryer in condo!it had everything.the only thing it lacked was me having a key year round!lol!will FOR SURE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE#10.we will be there again and soon!I don't give out 10's very often,if at all,but this location is for sure a 10/10!!!can't think of anything that needed improving,THATS REALLY REALLY RARE.I am a hard to please gal when it comes to staying away from my home but I must throw both hands in the air and say "hell yea!!place rocks"they hit a home run!!!

Poor customer service, flight was cancel by American due to weather and they offered no accommodation, and charged me full pop.Buyer beware, these guys value short term dollars over making a customer for life.

1700 South 2nd is such a nice place. The layout was simple & spacious and had a real warm feel to it. Parts of its design & charm that really caught my eye were the Shower/bath tiles, Kitchen table/stools, Staircase design & BR hardwood doors ! It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The Wi-fi was super fast and the place smelled & looked fresh & super clean. Host Ashley was so kind & accommodating. We absolutely loved the place! Thanks! G. LoRusso

Absolutely wonderful location and stay! Ashley was great with communication and check in was a breeze. The condo was clean and welcoming. Extremely well stocked. You literally park directly I front of your unit so I felt safe leaving our rental. It's directly across from the Baylor campus. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this property. Very homey and beautiful decor. Although I've stayed here many times. They never allow for a late check-out. And now they are Charging a $60 cleaning fee after you check out, which they invoice you via email! So it ends up being about $230 per night, which in my opinion is astronomical. It's a nice place just not worth that kind if cash! Would have given it five stars IF the newly charged $60 additional fee wasn't happening.
