This be the only place I rent a storage unit from. They're clean and reachable without struggling to the unit.. the customer service is very wonderful.. better than others.. I will always rent a uhaul from them. Even if it's out of my way, I'll b here getting a rental. They care about customers needs and reliability and safety. Margarita an Ross are awesome..

I would never store any of my stuff in any other place. Ross and Maggie are awesome people and are always looking to help out their customers. even when I am late on paying my rent on my storage unit Miss Maggie calls me up and lets me know. No other company in San Antonio would do this for their customers. My parents have a storage unit in San Antonio and they were two days late on their rent in the storage facility put a lock on their unit. Ross and Maggie have always been there to help us out anytime we've ever needed it. I have even seen Ross trying to help a customer that was renting a U-Haul trailer, the lights on the towing vehicle had an issue and Ross looked at the vehicle and figured out what the problem was. Both of these phenomenal business owners will always have my business.

Always friendly and ready to help. I've never had any problems with U haul rentals from there. They take the time to adjust mirrors and make sure you are comfortable in the truck before you leave. Very wonderful personalized service that you don't find much these days.
