staff is friendly , good products but needs better cleaning services, especially that laundry room, it was a gross to look at at.

They get two stars for the friendly customer service but that's it! This place is overcrowded and dirty! Our shower room had some kind of oil all over the sink, counter top and even the bench. I tried to wipe up as much as possible. Under the toilet seat looked like it had t been cleaned in months, if ever and they didn't even empty the garbage. The water temp only went as high as Luke warm. I will skip this place at all costs next time.

Staff unhelpful and played forget to set the fuel pump when I gave them my ID and fuel card to load. Out of all other pilots this one you can not file at the gas pump but putting in your is and odometer.

I love it when I'm at a truck stop and get done showering and I go to the district manager ( where all employees are wearing masks ), and already she has what the fuck you want attitude , and I in my nice Buisness voice say , I think y'all have some pretty bad plumbing issues. And the whole staff is like yeah and...? Well I figured that all of you were so worried about the spread of COVID. Maybe you should look into stopping any kind of illness at this facility before it gets shut down and then truck drivers won't have a place to get showered and rest.

Everything is good other than the treatment of regular customers vs. truck drivers. In this city masks are mandatory and management made me and multiple other regular drivers out unless we were wearing masks but while Fueling I watched multiple truck drivers( CDL DRIVERS) go in without masks and not told anything. One man who was told to wear a mask and pointed out the truckers without masks was verbally upset and then refused service for being mad about the unfair treatment.
