“Went on 10/25 and Crystal was no helpful at all she wanted for me to contact customer service for something she did wrong & try blaming it to another coworker, also because she was in so much in a hurry to go eat her lunch at 6:30 pm?went the next day 10/26 with Erica Madrigal and she was amazing she contact customer service and did all the work correctly the other lady “couldn’t do” Erica does such an amazing job with customers she’s very very helpful , she didn’t let me leave the store until everything was done correctly and making sure the lines were working fine.Hired less people like Crystal and more like Erica Madrigal. I give Erica 5 stars for doing her job correctly.”

"Rose" (can Not remember her full name but she TREATED me like a FRIEND - NOT DUMB. Other stores just whatever cuz I ask questions why my fone is not working correctly. She checked it out & told me what 2 do so it would be easy on me. She told me 2 call insurance company & gave me the fone number & a card 2 get my screen fixed. Yes I'm an older Lady but 2 be TREATED like this was REALLY WILD. I KNOW the tech & stuff but other staff at the other stores see me & treat me like I don't know what's up. Yes I did call up HEADQUARTERS & "COMPLAIN" HOW I WAS TREATED!!! They enjoyed that ... I love 2 "complain" about how Good I was TREATED!!”

“I had an issue after completing an online order. I tried to deal with Cricket customer service over the phone with no luck. I went into this location, and Francis provided the BEST customer service I have had in a long time!! She was incredibly patient with me and made it happen with Cricket customer service on the phone. She made me feel like the MVC - most valuable customer!! She also juggled multiple people while I was in the store. She is a saint and the other workers were so nice! A+++ experience.”

“We stayed in a hotel next to this 7-11. We came to order subway, there’s subway inside this 7-11. My boyfriend went to get 2 large drinks and the cashier at the 7-11 didn’t charge him, she said it’s okay he doesn’t has to pay. When we were leaving from the back door, we walked passed this guy who was also trying to pay for his drink and the same girl said he doesn’t has to pay, the guy said no he will pay but she keeps saying no. So I’m not sure if this is right or not. She a young girl probably in her 20s. 04/07/23”
