I've known Karson since Kindergarten. When Karson opened his Farmers Insurance branch, I made a big leap. I've always been extremely loyal to my agents. I work in the insurance industry myself, and have little patience with agents who are uninformed. Since moving all my coverage to Karson four years ago, I truly realized how entrenched Karson is, both in his comprehensive knowledge of the spectrum of coverages tailor made for each respective customer, as well as his dedication to ensuring your personal needs as his customer. Recently going through a divorce, Karson was was quick to identify my changing needs for my Auto/Home/Life Insurance coverage. Even when I needed to open independent banking accounts, Karson contacted me late on weekends to ensure no lapse in coverage. I've been contacted by this office, Christy specifically, several times as I've changed insurance providers over the past years. She's consistently helpful and completely transparent and honest and will tell you if you should try another company due to changing insurance premiums or what have you. It's rare to find this level of integrity so I definitely trust and recommend them!
