“Customer service is a lost art in this world and Vincent at the 5525 N Mesa facility is bringing it back in style. I had originally spoke with him about reserving a spot, after he had called me once I put my info via Extra Space's website. I should have only dealt with him. Long story short, there was a situation that needed attention. Vincent called me up, explained the situation, I relayed my concern and he was well aware of those concerns. Through his diligence, the situation was resolved and the professionalism and care that that man provided was far beyond any customer service I've experienced in years. “I'm so pleased I chose El Paso Storage units on Westwind. And even more for Miss Julie's excellent customer service! I had gone online looking for storages and decided for these. Well, I went over and when I told Julie which size I wanted, se asked me what I was bringing in, and when I did, she said: how about I show you the size of the one you want. OMG! I would not have fit my things there. I couldn't thank her enough for showing me around ?. I told her that I would go the following day to sign and pay, and by 8:50 (taking into account that they open at 9) she called to let me know my paperwork was ready. This is what I call customer service. When I moved my things in, the unit was ready, nice and clean. I truly appreciate Julie's professionalism and customer service!”

Luckily I ran into Claudia at Graceland who went out of her way to network and resource a truck for myself in the span of a single day. “Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and assisted; I couldn't have asked for better service and communication! Thank you for your help in getting situated during an already high stress move to El Paso!”
“I rented here for a year and a half. No contract, no admin fee. 24 hour gate, lots of lights and i saw many cameras. My price went up slightly a few months in, but it was still WAY less then most of the chain storage places. There is a 24 hour kiosk which you can make a payment with, which is very helpful, since i normally would come when the office is closed. English/spanish bilingual and fluant. She was always polite and helpful when i went in. The ONLY con i had here, was the single on-site manager was EXTREMELY busy the first few days of the month, and it was hard to get a hold of them. There were a few times where I had to make a payment by card on the phone because i was out of town long term. Their payment website stopped working the last few months i was there. However, if i called before the 1st, she always answered and took my payment over the phone no problem. I think the biggest reason she was so busy was because of the people who insisted on paying at the last minute, OR missed a payment and wanted to complain about being locked out. I never saw the manager doing the lockouts, i think a second employee came in to handle them, but the phone would ring non-stop the first few days.”
