“This place is absolutely perfect. The staff is so helpful and answer any questions you have. I was somewhat intimated as this was my first time renting a storage unit but they made it so easy. They had locks and boxes and everything I needed. The units are surprisingly large and fit so much more than I thought possible. They give you a gate code so you can go in and out, and the entire property feels super secure, they have cameras everywhere, and it is really well lit in the evenings. I would definitely recommend!”
“OMG , where do I began? I would like to first and formost give a special shoutout to all of the employees prior managers etc, that has been involved with my mom and I's storage units LOCATED ON 135 N Resler Dr and N mesa st. Everyone has been phenomenal and so supportive and understanding of our unigue circumstances each time they arised. Now I want to specifically express great appreciation for this location's current store manager JACK. He is such a phenomenal professional leader and example to others, because of his compassion in the time of need. Everytime a emergency arised with a payment, he took into consideration our circumstances and worked with us. He always showed us support and understanding. He and another great staff member helped us stop our belongings from getting auctioned. In his absence his team member took charge of a very uncertain outcome and spoke to his higher chain of command to save our belongings in a moments time and was empathetic to us and our things. We were then able to successfully save our things and pay for our unit with a peace of mind to move out with ease. They are an amazing team and wonderful group of people that value their customers tremendously.”

“The service at Graceland of El Paso is top notch. I was in a position where I would potentially not have a U-Haul truck during peak moving season here in El Paso due to truck availability issues across the El Paso area. Luckily I ran into Claudia at Graceland who went out of her way to network and resource a truck for myself in the span of a single day. “I rented here for a year and a half. No contract, no admin fee. 24 hour gate, lots of lights and i saw many cameras. My price went up slightly a few months in, but it was still WAY less then most of the chain storage places. There is a 24 hour kiosk which you can make a payment with, which is very helpful, since i normally would come when the office is closed. English/spanish bilingual and fluant. She was always polite and helpful when i went in. The ONLY con i had here, was the single on-site manager was EXTREMELY busy the first few days of the month, and it was hard to get a hold of them. There were a few times where I had to make a payment by card on the phone because i was out of town long term. Their payment website stopped working the last few months i was there. However, if i called before the 1st, she always answered and took my payment over the phone no problem. I think the biggest reason she was so busy was because of the people who insisted on paying at the last minute, OR missed a payment and wanted to complain about being locked out. I never saw the manager doing the lockouts, i think a second employee came in to handle them, but the phone would ring non-stop the first few days.”
