They did some work on my 1998 Chevrolet Silverado I picked it up and there were some interior pieces broken inside the truck and set in my seat they didn’t Let me know that they broke pieces. One was the cupholder the other one was the door handle bezel and tweeter cover which I don’t understand why they had to mess with any of that other than that, they did good work on the body

Bad experience. They let this car go looking like this thinking is fine over charge me on body work and bumper is still loose and bad paint. They said they worked cheap because that’s what i wanted a cheap working job. Very unprofessional don’t recommend.Service: Painting

I took my truck here for an insurance claim. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They took care of the paint/body work flawlessly. They even went above and beyond to check my fluids, as well as clean the interior of my vehicle. (I didn't see that as part of their scope of work) Needless to say I will be recommending this shop to everyone.Services: Body & Trim

I would leave a half star if I could.i brought my car there for repairs first time they messed up several things.Had to bring it back and they corrected it then they had to order a decal strip that went on the car it was on back order I understand that these things happen I was very patient .she said they would let me know when it came in never heard from them .my wife finally called lady said it's been in that she tried calling . well I never got that call so took the car back they put one side on and said they needed to charge me put other one on .I called spoke to Keith the owner I explained the situation and I asked why couldn't they do it since they messed up the car 1st time and I had to bring it back and so on . well he said since I was so good why didn't I put it on . VERY unprofessional if you ask me . stay away from this place save the trouble

I had an unusual situation. My cat had got caught behind the back seat of my extended cab truck. The people there at S&W were quick and courteous remove the back seat and save my cat. Me and my cat name Bob are most appreciative. Thank you S&W

My car looks brand new after they repaired the bumper and hatch. They even cleaned her up real well! They were upfront with the wait time and explained shipping delays. They gave me an update half way through the process as well. I had a frustrating experience with the company that the insurance uses for rentals and repairs but S&W did what they could to help guide me through the process.
