Let me tell you.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!I have been hesitant for YEARS about getting my ring soldered and well I lost a ton of weight and wouldn’t stay on my finger any longer!I knew of this jeweler specially because a friend recommended them because not only is she related but they did all of their servicing in house. I did NOT want to send my ring out to have all this done. It’s very precious to me.Well, I finally got the nerve to bring my ring to them on Thursday noon and received a call back the very next day that my ring was completed! And let me tell you, she is gorgeous!I mean WHOA! Plus they have permanent jewelry and omg.. some of the most beautiful pieces in their store! My goodness!Very please with the customer service and prices are very reasonable!

I picked out my wife's wedding ring here over a decade ago and it still shines bright today. Gary's great to work with and after all these years still helps us out whenever we need him to! Best service in the Beaumont area by far.

They did an astounding job on three rings. One of which another jeweler had made a huge scar on. The second had been turned down by two other shops as "no can do". It was an opal men's ring and they did a fantastic stone replacement. Can't say enough good things about the work they did.

This is the absolute best place to go when looking for something beautiful!!!! The hospitality here is amazing!!!! I had a layaway from 2012 I moved and forgotten about it, they honored what I had paid on it from that many years ago and allowed me to get something else. I got an amazing, beautiful watch that I love!!! I do not trust anyone except Gary to make any repairs on my jewelry. If he can’t fix it I will wait until he can. This is truly a great place to go!!!!!

Fantastic service! They took extra time to help find a wedding band that would work with my fiancee's engagement ring after some alterations. This saved me money and time spent having her ring shipped off for weeks. Left her engagement ring there telling them we would need it back within 10 days. They called within 3 hours saying they had made the necessary alterations and we could pick up same day. Highly recommend Robichau's Jewelers!!

10 out of 10! I would highly recommend Robichau's Jewelers in Vidor, Tx. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the finished product. Gary Robichau is the owner and he personally does the repairs on the jewelry. Gary listened to my concerns and what I wanted done and then did an exceptional job on repairing my ring. They gave me an estimate of a week to have it ready, but miraculously had it back to me on the same day. I was so excited with tears when Gary was able to repair my ring back to its original state. I have had my ring for 35 yrs and was very sentimental about this experience.
