Right now my e statements are not even showing my name on my account. Only my mom's name. What exactly can I accomplish like that? My mother Is elderly and in a care facility. We are both on the acct.All pnc branches plus their phone service are terrible. They need training. You get fraud on ur account, they want to tell u how an e check works. Lady, I know how e checks work and I don't care. What are YOU going to do to stop e check fraud for the future of my account, assuming you represent PNC? Also, go on the pnc website. There is no email or live chat to handle issues. Just a Twitter handle. You have to tweet with this bank!!! Seriously. Or, You have to go in and wait hours. If you email the branch manager they'll tell you to call the 800 line. ??If your card stops working at 11 pm at night when out of state due to them placing a possible fraud block because you're traveling, good luck getting a hotel, they'll wait til 11 pm to place the block after you've drove all day and you'll wait on the phone 3 hours without the automated system music ever telling you that their hours are really from 9 am EST. (Of course they won't want to sound negligent to their customers). You'll be stuck in the wild west sleeping in your car. Worst bank ive EVER had. Hands down. If you're gonna lock people out of their debit cards, at least have an online chat that can unlock you. Moral of the story: never make PNC your MAIN bank account! Always have a back up. If they don't care enough about you to have someone available, why associate with them?

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this bank in Houston. I came home to Vidor to visit my mom a few days ago, saw this PNC and decided to get the last bit of cash out and close my accounts. I waited in a line of *just me* for more than 20 minutes. The longer I waited, the more determined I was to FIRE this bank. Got to the teller, politely told her what I wanted, she got the cash out and assured me over and over again that the accounts were now closed, but she had no paperwork to give me or show me in any way that the accounts were actually closed. Several days later now and I see the accounts are alive and well. Now I am on what is almost a 30 minute hold with PNC to close these accounts once and for all.Worst bank ever.

This bank makes it impossible to manage your money without physically going in and meeting with a banker who isn't wearing a mask.

Tried to withdraw money from the drive thru window since the bank is closed because of covid and was told I couldn't because I was not a bbva customer. I went to another branch and was given the money without any problems.

BBVA Compass has been a great company to work with during the process of purchasing my very first home. Any questions I had they were more than welcome to answer and any transaction made at the Vidor location has been a positive one with great customer service each and every time.
