He does do good work for customers. As a ex employee the working conditions is like a third world country. Somehow he has amazing people working for him. He can't manage anything. I was a body guy there. We didn't have a painter for over a month. He skimmed money off of my jobs, never paid out any supplements on any of my jobs. When I left I had over 100 hours stacked up in paint, had 40 hours in my bay, my pay stubs prove it, but also proved I had 45 hours that just went missing between 2 weeks. I also had 40 hours of supplements that I know of that he never paid. I tried talking to him because I didn't want to leave with so many unpaid hours at 28 a hour. He's one of those people that will be the nicest guy too you while he's sharpening his knife waiting on you to turn around. I'm currently working with the BBB trying to get some of my money back. If you look up rich white trash in the dictionary his picture will pop up. You can also find a mugshot of him when he was so rude at Verizon that he was thrown too the ground and arrested for his mouth and I'm better than everyone attitude he struts around with.

To keep it short, I can't suggest a better place to go if you need repairs. They were the lowest estimate i was able to find (normally a red flag to me), they understood I was on a budget, answered all my car-illiterate questions patiently (Theresa deserves a medal), sometimes several times, and when they found a couple of extra small things doing my repairs they kept to the quote they gave me. Fixed my front end, the point job looks like the day it rolled off the lot 14 years ago, and they even cleaned inside. Had to bring it back because the AC stopped cooling 3 days after I picked it up, they found a few bad O-rings on the system and recharged it for free since they'd had to mess with it fixing my front end.Best price, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they don't just say their work is guaranteed, they actually do it.

Not only does Allen’s Collision Repair perform quality work, they are top notch for taking care of people! My daughter and son in law recently had their car damaged and it was their only transportation. Allen’s quickly made the necessary repairs including welding up the core support and it was back on the road less than 6hrs later. We are so thankful to have such good people in our community!
