Really awful fraud experience. I was scammed back in November and was lied numerous times by bankers and staff saying "You'll get all your money back and wont be in debt to Wells Fargo!" What a lie. Its two months into this mess and they closed my account for the massive negative balance that they should've taken care of MONTHS ago! I will never be recommending this bank to anyone ever, and will no longer be banking here. If you want to be cared for and valued as a client and a human being, go to Prosperity.

Well Fargo took it upon themselves to cancel my debit card due to possible fraud. Well, it wasn’t. Pilot/Flying J put a $150 hold on it as they often do that goes away. Three days later, I had an issue with the debit card from another bank that was legit. I wasn’t worried b/c I knew I could get a temporary card at WF, so I went on down. I was told they stopped doing that in 2019. Really? How am I supposed to pay my bills I asked. Pfft, her response was to pull out money at the counter. OK, so do I take a screen shot of my money and email it to my creditors as I pay EVERY BILL online. Then stated I had received a temporary card in 2020 or 2021and headed up to pull out some cash as all this happened DAYS before Memorial Day Weekend. The thing is, I received that temporary card in Arizona. Where time doesn’t stand still or is stuck in the past.

I've never had a good experience with Wells Fargo. I just waited 10 minutes in the drive-through lane only for them to close the window at 5 And not take my payment. Night drop box locked. I've considered refinancing my home just so I never have to deal with them again.

Wanted to get something notarized. The lady that I spoke with had this snobbish attitude and I was told that she couldn't notarize it because my "reference letter" was not in the form of a certificate and when I stated that it was only just a reference letter, she snobbily said "reference letters are not certifications"... No help at all. I don't like Wells Fargo or the way that they treat people. Went to Bank of America and had NO PROBLEMS at ALL! Thanks Bank of America!
