Gave the place a chance, since it's the closest one to me. BUT!...pharmacy NEVER has my meds on hand OR they lie and say they don't have my insurance info. Their 'open' hours are very inconvenient, for the ill, disabled or anyone needing their meds fairly quickly. NOT a good work plan from management. I can see these issues being the base of this location's failure.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Walgreens left me no choice. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called in my refill, and they told me they would get it ready. Four hours later, I called back, and they said they were out of stock. However, a new shipment had just arrived, and after checking, they confirmed that my medication was included.
When I went to pick it up, I only received 15 pills instead of the full 90 prescribed. The pharmacist I spoke to had just told me the medication had arrived—so did the truck only deliver 15 pills?
That wasn’t even the worst part. The pharmacist, Patricia, processed my prescription as if 15 pills were the full amount, which caused major issues. When I tried to get the remaining 75 pills, they made me wait two days. and told me I could pick them up on a Sunday—knowing full well the pharmacy is closed on Sundays.
This is a medication I have to take daily and cannot go without. To make matters worse, Patricia lied and claimed my insurance had red-flagged my medication instead of just admitting she had processed it incorrectly. Not only did she lie to me, but she also lied to my insurance. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she blamed my insurance and then falsely reported to my insurance that I was trying to refill my medication too early. She could have simply told me the truth about what she had done.
Unfortunately, no other pharmacy carries my medication, so I’m stuck dealing with Walgreens. This experience was beyond frustrating, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I’m in disbelief at how the pharmacy staff treated me and one other in the line today. I’d been waiting in line for over 5 minutes and who knows how long the guy in front of me had been waiting, when someone from behind the counter started closing the blinds and yelled. “We’re closed for lunch, come back in an hour.” The man in front spoke up and said, are you kidding we’ve been waiting here. The lady at the check out seriously had the audacity to say “okay you want me to cut into my lunch break to help you” and the guy was like yeah I want me medicine. And she repeated it again. It was so rude. The customer service is awful! They should have come and cut the line off instead of making us wait.

You’re above and beyond customer service regarding my poster print pick up was the best thing that has happened to me the entire day I can’t tell you how much youhelped me out and I really want to extend a huge thank you and recommendation to any and all customers to come to this location

Visited store with a Family member to get what she needed. I must say the store was very clean and very organized and ready for Fathers Day. Look so nice and Professional. The whole experience was DELITEFUL?

I was humiliated and embarrassed, I tried to return some dog food that I had opened and I had a bad smell and it was very stale. It was on sale, but I still was not happy with the products. I wanted my money back this very nice fella name Nikki came to help me he’s been working there long time and he is so kind then this manager comes up and he starts question me about why is it open? Why do I wanna return it when it’s open and don’t I know how things go or the rules of returns and I yes I do but this is not good. I looked at his name tag and his name was Henry and I asked the employee I wanted this guy start working here and he said he was a manager and I was like oh my goodness. Say I had to walk away I did not get a refund. The manager refused to give it to me. This total was only $7.57.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 1,30h for my prescription to be ready. Called multiple times, automated voice said to come pick up any time after 8,30pm. I went at 8,30pm and Pharmacy now closes at 8. So I didn’t get my prescription. Went back at 9am (when they open) and they wanted to charge me $80 +$13 when my insurance fully cover the prescription. Left and when got the stuff at Walmart pharmacy. Called back to find out why they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover the prescription when it does and I got put hold for a long time until I received I call from the manager of Walgreens about the automated voice complaint. Didn’t call back. It’s clear they don’t have it together. I understand why the extremely low rate in here. Won’t see me here again. My advice is check with your insurance before paying for prescriptions that are “not” covered.

Don't use the pharmacy for your COVID booster. I walked in and told them I was here for my booster appointment and was told to sit down and wait. 45 minutes went by without being called. I went to the window to ask about the wait and was told I didn't sign in. When I explained I had talked to someone, I was told to get in line and that "it isn't how it works here." When I reiterated I had been told wrongly, reservation, etc., and gave the paperwork to the next person I had to talk to, they told me I would have to wait for the four people who had walked in after me! I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I needed simple cough medicine and antibiotics and had to wait 4 days! They were supposed text or call, and they didn't. Victoria is a terrible town with terrible customer service. I downloaded yelp just to leave a terrible review. Never again
