The store was very nice, clean and well-lit. I was able to find what I needed and more. I was in cosmetics, and Lorraine came over to me quickly and was so incredibly helpful and nice. When unable to find a particular color, she was knowledgeable about alternatives. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. I spent way too much but saved quite a bit also.

The 2 women in the photo center could not check me out and they had no line. I needed to get to my daughter's soccer game. Drove 2 hours from Houston. Thank God for the sweet lady in the front who actually cared. She made me smile but the other 2 who were too busy to help me shame on you. This was around 11am today. If you don't like what you're doing go work somewhere else. The sweet sweet lady in the front made it all better. Thank you to her!

Worst Walgreens in town. Not professional. Told me to come pick up pills Monday...not only was it not ready, they cancelled the order. Then they said go to HEB pharmacy.

I took pictures for my upcoming tax appraisal protest hearing. Uploaded them to my computer and they ALL looked great. I then uploaded al 49 of them to this Walgreens online photo department. They looked just as great so I ordered them all. I went to pay for them and saw I could use a $5 or $10 credit so I said use it all as my bill was $22.65. My zip code was not accepted. And I tried too many times so I saved nothing. Turns out my AZ address was what was showing. How? I changed my address online. Also my phone I changed years ago but it still had my Miami area code. What is going on? It’s all correct now but that was aggravating. I knew I had changed it why didn’t it? So, When I got home to look at the pictures. They are ALL 10 shades darker and useless. Fix your machine. Fix your online “edit account” so that it’s actually edited and changed. Lucky for me I have time to go elsewhere and have the pictures printed.

30 min hold on phone for pharmacy just to ask if my daughters meds were ready....the lady on the phone just shrugged it off when I told her I've been on hold for 30 mins...they need to hire professionals not idiots. They've lost my business and I will tell everyone I know to not go there.
