I needed simple cough medicine and antibiotics and had to wait 4 days! They were supposed text or call, and they didn't. Victoria is a terrible town with terrible customer service. I downloaded yelp just to leave a terrible review. Never again

Didn't realize racism was still a thing.. but apparently it's live and well here since the cashier (older women with silver hair) didn't even acknowledge my sister and I while speaking to her.. but spoke to the Caucasian ladies who were in front of us and the one after we left. On separate occasions my sister and dad went in to grab a few things, for the woman to stalk them around the store like they're going to steal something. Same thing with my mother who would go in to look at the makeup, for the woman to follow her as well.. I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere since we aren't very welcomed HERE. It's a shame Walgreens would hire people like this that would represent their company in this manner..

Took way to long. Told them I was sitting down because of knee pain. Sat down ten feet away. After a long wait I got up and again stood in line. When I got to the window it was ready and they hadn’t bothered to call me. Was to pickup three prescriptions and they only had 1 filled and I had to wait even longer. All three prescriptions electronically sent at same time.

A very good store the staff is helpful and friendly They also have a photo shop here a very nice place.
