Felipe did amazing work as always. I had an accident where the hood and grille had to be replaced and VLZ Elite concepts got the job done. Ive been coming to Felipe for a few years now and is the only person i trust to work on my cars especially on this rare Mustang GT Regency.Felipe also went above and beyond and was able to get the wheel caps back on my rims without me asking. Thats how you know Felipe actually cares about his clients. The wheel caps were falling off before and I wouldn’t of been able to figure it out on my own. I live in Austin now but will continue to use VLZ elite concepts for any future needs.

Excellent service extremely fast turn around. My car is a luxury/high end car that requires special maintenance and attention. The body repair was completed faster than expected. I am extremely pleased with their work and due diligence to not only repair the body but update the software to remove an error code that was a pesky problem. Highly recommended. Been to other body shops in town and disappointed. VLZ ELITE Concepts is where I will take my cars in the future. God bless those folks. ?

Very impressed and highly recommend! Took my car here after getting backed into and the service was phenomenal. They were very responsive, easy to deal with through insurance and got my car done incredibly fast. The attention to detail and work speaks for itself, but the customer service from the owner was top notch.

Hit a deer in my truck and the front right quarter panel was completely damaged. I got my truck back in less than two weeks. Went above and beyond and even cleaned my truck inside and out I was very impressed. They did a few little extra things. It was just wonderful. Everybody was pleasant and nice. I couldn’t ask for better experience.

Man ole man what a great experience dealing with this shop..From start to finish it was great!! Very helpful in explaining everything that was going to be done..Got it done earlier than the time I was expecting it to be finished and the work was fantastic..My car looked and felt brand new again..WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS IN THE FUTURE,TO GET SOME CUSTOM WORK DONE!!.And not to mention very very lenient on that deductible we all hate paying so much..If your looking for good work with great prices this is definitely the place to go before looking anywhere else!!!!

I hit a deer and man you wouldn't belive how much this shop came through for me. Belive it or not without my permission the tow arrived to get my truck and this shop defended me (the customer) and told the tow to leave. I would have lost my truck. Not only that but the work done was amazing! Far exceeded my expectations
