We went here today from north of Houston to replace our brand new 2024 Kia Telluride key fob after my purse was stolen with both of my new keys in it. Garrett, Marissa, Brooke, and Wyatt from the service department were so kind and helpful. They were quick, efficient, and went above and beyond with advice and customer service. Thank you so much!

I had an incredible experience thanks to their amazing staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces and exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and their expertise and knowledge were impressive.
Special shoutout to Service Advisor Garrett Delossantos. The 2 times that I have called last minute asking to schedule my car for services, he has went out of his way to make my experience truly unforgettable.

I've used them for service on my kia. They were reasonable and easy to get an appointment. Other dealerships were telling me it would be weeks to just get diagnostics done. I'm happy with them and will bring my vehicle back for other maintenance upkeep. ?

First of all I went down the street first to another dealership and was told I need $10,000 to trade my vehicle in, so I left. I then came to Kia and one salesperson said they couldn't help me so I was leaving and Mr John Garcia walked outside and asked to speak to me and ask if he could please try to help me and I said yes. Next thing I know Mr Garvia came out and said your done maam congratulations ? he is the real deal you have to go check him out!! THANK Texas Car plug!!!

John Garcia is single handedly the easiest person to talk at KIA, he made my car purchasing the best experience ever. Walked in and out with a brand new car in less than an hour. People over here were friendly and caring.They weren’t irritated with me after I test drove three different vehicles , they make sure you drive away in something you enjoy.
