Ok so last year I went to see if they could fix my phone my phone got over heated and it was lifting up. So I went to Verizon and they said they can't fix my android phone. Verizon is the worst phone company ever so don't go with them please. So me and my family switch phone companies and I love the phone company we have at&t is the best thank yall for the worst experience.

To get to the actual store just to speak with an employee there is impossible. I would NOT recommend Verizon for any business of any kind.

what happen to the HRS of the store. opening late, close early.i show up at 6:40pm and store was close. what happened to 7pmwhat happen to long hrs back in the days . seems the hrs of service gets smaller and smaller each year

I had purchased a device online and it didn’t work out so I went to the store to exchange it. I was greeted with a team member opening the door for me. The manager greeted me instantly and said of course they would be able to help me out. Was in and out in just a few minutes. Very happy with the quick service.

The brand new phone ordered and scheduled for pick up "in store" couldn't connect to Verizon's "GUEST Wi-Fi" to transfer data. The service techs had issues with their hand held devices, and some sort of issues that "were still down" prevented much customer help.It was very obvious the employees wanted to make the sales, get extra accessories purchased, BUT DIDN'T CARE IF THE PRODUCTS FUNCTIONED OR COULD BE USED !My old phone worked perfectly well on the "Guest Wi-Fi" and I was able to use Verizon 4G internet when I entered the store, but before activating my new phone, they deactivated my old phone and then claimed somehow that the data couldn't be transferred.Finally another tech came over, and had to actually take over to get the new device to work properly.I got the distinct impression IT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO GET SALES COMMISSIONS, THAN TO GET PRODUCTS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.My daughter ended up doing 99% of the updating and activation once I got home.There is no reason to have a "store" if the employees can't do anything!
