If you're regular delivery driver isn't named Tyrone, it sucks to be you! Hands down Tyrone is the best delivery driver here in the Victoria area. He is an exception to this company and I hope he's treated as soo. If Tyrone isn't delivering my packages they'd a high charge they're going to get stolen but not on his clock. He brings the packages directly to my door and verified I'm home by knocking and also verifying there's a car in my parking spot. I live in a four plex so sometimes it's very challenging to get my packages. This man has worked for UPS since I was a kid and still follows all rules. There's not a day goes by that he slacks doing his job. He should be employee of the year. TYRONE, IF NO ONE ELSE HAS TOLD YOU YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! YOU WILL BE MISSED WHEN YOU FINALLY DECIDE TO RETIRE! OTHER EMPLOYEES NEED TO FOLLOW YOUR LEAD!

Edited: I went to the center to pick up the package and spoke with the gentleman there. The regular driver was out that week and a sub was delivering for him. The gentleman at the counter wasn't sure what happened because the package was marked 3 of 3 attempts, but no 1 or 2 attempt was made. He apologized for the mix up. He's always been very nice and helpful as is our regular driver.
One attempted delivery to business at 7:30 at night first of last week. It's almost a week later. No other attempt was made or note left. Tracking just says will try again later. Finally called the machine and found out it was being held at the center on Laurent. Only have one day left to pick it up. Seriously?

It's nice to be able to go in and pick up your packages instead of having them ride around in a truck all day. Very helpful and very friendly.

Super upset!!!! Can’t get ahold of anyone. I have been trying to get this package since Thursday, it is Monday now. I drove to Victoria(55miles away) because they said it would be in will call. I get there and they can’t find it telling me the driver didn’t take it out of his truck so they would have it delivered correctly. I give them easy directions to my house and still nothing!!!!!! There is no local Victoria phone number to speak to anyone!!!!!!!
