We recently had business cards designed. Michelle did an awesome job creating a great look for the cards, communicating with me and getting the print done quickly. I am always pleased with the service I receive whether it is having something printed or shipped! Top notch service!

As a business owner, it's important for me to have people I can depend on to provide high quality service quickly. This morning I ordered new business cards and by 2:30, they were already printed and ready to be picked up. That's what this group is all about. Huge props to Michelle and her team for getting these beautiful cards done for me so quickly!! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I came to this location on 12/10/2024 and was blown away by my experience. I came to return two large Amazon boxes, and as I struggled to get the oversized boxes out of my car, Samantha ran out and insisted on helping. She pulled the remaining box out of my car and another associate, Julian, took the boxes inside with a dolly. Their help and thoughtfulness made the return process smooth and surprisingly enjoyable! (Samantha was a joy to talk to)
When I entered the store it was apparent the staff had a methodical process that made returning easy--so easy I forgot it was the holiday season. Both Samantha and Julian helped to made my experience as smooth as it could be, and set the tone for me having to call Amazon for another shipping label.
This review may not sway you to come to this location over another UPS location, but I am genuinely impressed with this location; and felt Samantha, Julian, and staff should be recognized for their efforts to go out of their way to take care of customers' needs as the holiday season quickly approaches. Thank y'all for all you do!
