Strongly recommend you go to another dealership. I am an Active duty Marine and currently stationed in California. I needed a fuel-efficient vehicle and was informed by this dealership that they would have the vehicle I wanted ready for when I came home for leave. It's been two weeks, and after many calls to Jaime and Stacy, I got nowhere, and they ran my credit without having a vehicle available. If you need a dealership that will be honest and not give you the constant run around, go to Houston.

Classic bait and switch dealership prime example why dealers are going to be in major trouble in the next couple of years but sometimes you get what you deserve.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Do not do business with this dealership! Called and confirmed 3 times that the vehicle we were interested in was available and that the price we were seeing on the website was correct. Also had a trade they said said everything was confirmed and price was negotiable.... Drove 250 miles one way, only to be told the vehicle was not available and sold 2 months ago!! However it is STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR SALE!! They tell you what you want to hear over the phone just to get you in the door and then you don't even meet with the person that you spoke with to set everything up. We were played!! Ended up driving 500 miles round trip for nothing! Walked out highly irate! A total day wasted!! Do make the same mistake we did!! Go elsewhere to a reputable dealership

Was told dealer add-on fees are negotiable and even car's price (MSRP) is negotiable. So, we drove 2.5 hours one way to there. But, it turned out a very disappointing day, the $1995 add-on fee is not reduced at all. The lady "promised" a lot in the phone found her colleague to host us but she somehow disappeared. We left without buying. At that offered price, we can buy locally; no point to buy it at Toyota of Victoria (2+ hours away from home) who does not have the car in stock! Very disappointed; wasted a whole day of two of us.

Bought new car with scratches on top. Joshua the managing partner helped me get it taken care of at their body shop.

Sean Harris is the best. Real customer service I've been buying land cruisers for the last 8 yrs and he has always got what I wanted in a good time. Any time I had a problem, I knew he would always help me

Terrible absolutely terrible! False advertising misrepresentation and tries to get you to come in and tells you there is no market adjustment until you actually show up. Call to inquire about another vehicle says the only car that is getting a market adjustment are hybrids. Turns around and says there's a $20,000 mark up on a tundra. Who in their right mind marks up a vehicle $20,000 for a market adjustment and advertises a price $20,000 below what the true vehicle value is. Absolutely garbage company!

Absolutely do not recommend. Although the customer service was nice, it was just a facade to try and gain trust. I was casually looking for a car with better gas mileage and made it known. I did not appreciate that our sales representative knew this and was still persistent in trying to make a sale that day. They falsely advertised on their website, tried to fool us into thinking they were making us a deal by lying about the price and then offering the MSRP on the website, and running my credit after I said that there was no need to. The employees here are overly trained to be conniving and it is a direct reflection of the deceitful managers and owners.

Would never go back to this dealership. Bought our truck from prior owners, they were great. These owners will not give us our $1700. Back for a recall . Been fighting with them for 4 months & still not giving our money back! Better Business Bureau is involved now.??

Can I possibly give a negative star review? I bought a Tacoma here as a gift. Today I get a call on my cell asking for that person. I said you may have the wrong number, who is calling? They hung up on me. That happens to be my pet peeve. I call back, it's toyita of Victoria. I explain to the recent ask for whomever was calling for ...... She put me through to mark hernandez. He was condescending and of no help. He only wanted the phone number of the person I bought the truck for. The truck is not in for service so it's obvious it's a solicitation call. I asked for the manager. As a business owner I'd be apologetic if one of my employees hung up on someone. Especially Under this circumstance. Well "mark hernandez" if that is his real name, said he is THE MANAGER. If so, he shouldn't be. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional. A very sarcastic, worthless employee from a customer point of view. The sarcasm was off the chart. I pulled up the website. He does not show as a manager. I called back. No answer! Wow. Professional. I've emailed asking to speak to Josh Smith who is listed as the general manager on the website. Let's see if I get a response . I bought a new truck from this place. You can be assured I won't buy another there. As a business owner with a company fleet, and 6 personal vehicles, it's clear I make auto purchases routinely. Bad move toyota of Victoria. BAD MOVE. And for those that wonder why this seemingly insignificant thing hit a nerve....thats the p r oblem. People allow others to be rude and accept poor customer service In this case it was worse than poor customer service. It seems to be a crew of Chauvinistic ....looking for a nice word here, but none fit. In short, don't deal with these yay-hoos. Plenty of other dealerships.

My full review and account of the interactions that took place can be found on Google and FACEBOOK But to make a long story short Boyce Garcia took advantage of the fact the particular vehicle we were looking to purchase wasn't on the lot to see the list price nor were any comparables and we sold my husband a 2022 Toyota 4Runner for 60k when in reality the MSRP for the vehicle is 45k. This was done to offset the value they gave us for our 2018 Chevy Suburban that they offered us 38k that we only owed 22k. Not wanted to be out anymore money for an over priced vehicle we chose not to have the aftermarket leather interior installed in the vehicle that was part of a "we owe" portion of the sale. Because services weren't fulfilled we are legally owed a refund a refund and both Boyce Garcia and Josh Smith, the GM, are refusing to refund.
