I have been working with Brandon Arnold, General Manager, on a project and have found him to be helpful, resourceful and efficient. The staff Rick, William Miranda, were also very responsive and if they couldn't answer my question they were sure to follow up.Staffing issues, vacations, and general leftover covid concerns have certainly challenged all businesses, and I appreciate how hard the Victoria Home Depot is working to remedy any issues. THANKS!!!

I have never encountered in my entire 75 years a worse business with which to deal. minus 10 stars. I did a remodeling project using H.D. and spent about $25,000 there this year. Everyone is incompetent and uncaring about you or your business. I had several windows delivered and 5 came without screens. That was in February of '23. After hours of talking to numerous people including the manager, Brandon, I still don't have all of my screens. 3 times I drove the 80 miles round trip to get them and they were the wrong screens each time except the last time 2 of them were correct. I had to go measure them myself to even get that. I just got notice of the 4th screen arrival and was told to come and get them. They actually want me to drive the 80 miles round trip again on the probability that they are wrong again. This is in spite of the manager saying he would deliver them himself. Also, one of the window's spring balances fell out the first time I opened it. This was in March. I spent much time filing out a warranty request with the manufacturer. One month late I got a response. At first I was told that they had no one to fix my window available. Then they told me the windows had NO WARRANTY. Unbelievable. Then I started calling people with H.D. Many calls speaking to several people and hours of my time, I was finally told that if I could find someone to fix it, they would reimburse me up to $200. I can't find anyone to fix this particular brand of window. So I'm stuck with a non-functioning window. They sent me a video on how to fix. Very complicated. If I tried to fix it and and messed it up, then I would be on my own as if I'm not already. Stay away from H.D. at all costs.

Love where someone will check your items out instead of your self like Walmart self checkout. Lowe's has no cashier anymore only one standing and watching you.

Had a great experience went to go look for a outdoor carpet and I was approached by a young lady name Juliana she spent well over 15 helping me find the perfect rug definitely recommend

Worst customer service ever! Went to store at 9:00 am to get mulch and gates for garden center not open. Went to customer service and was told gates not open because it was too cold(56 degree) but said they would send someone to assist. 20 minutes later still no help. Went back to customer service and asked for a manage. Manager said they didn't have staff to open and also said feel free to go to Lowes!! Unbelievable!! Left without making purchase

Lots of very helpful employees. I didn't have to go running around trying to find someone. And the people who helped me actually knew a great deal about what they were talking about and helped me to make a decision on my purchase.

The Home Depot in Victoria has the very worst customer service I've found, I've made my last trip in there. Have never had a clerk ask if they could help me. Completely different at Lowe's in Victoria; always friendly plus a lot easier location to access.

i think that the home depot in victoria is the worst. there customer service don't know how to treat customers, they are not friendly and don't know what they are doing. i made a purchase and had to make three trips to try to get the order right , finally i got the manger to approve delivery no charge, they told me to leave the item my the curb and they will pick it up and leave my item there by the curbe for me to pick up, then a minute later the manager said they would not deliver but they would give me a discount on the item if we would come back to the store and finish the sale , we did and they would not honor the discount that the morning manager said he would give me, the manager that was on duty in the afternoon was very rude he never spoke to us or did not ever say he was sorry for our inconvience, he did call the morning manager and he said he did tell us we would get the discount , so after being at the store for 3 1/2 hrs. we got the discount we were promised and left and vowed never to go back, worst customer service i have ever encountered. they need quilified people, it is horrible.

Just got to Home Depot and we were walking up when an employee hollered really ugly that they are closed. That’s fine, I get it but if you are that miserable at your job then quit!!

I ordered a makita combo tool kit on February 22nd that order got cancelled then I ordered it on the 24th that order didn't get it shipped so I ordered again on the 26th and it still didn't get shipped and now I have to reorder it so that way they can try to get it here by the 5th but there's no guarantee that this time is going to get chipped out unlike the other three times
