The assistant manager at this store by the name of “Connie” takes all the hello kitty items to sell at her personal shop. She claims she gets these items from the actual manufacturer and she doesn’t. This is very sad because on top of it, she gets a discount. There’s also other employees at this store who get to keep hello kitty also.

It appears that Hello Kitty double blankets have recently arrived at the Victoria TJ Maxx; however, the manager is reportedly keeping them off the sales floor. I visited with the intention of purchasing one for my daughter, who is a great admirer of Hello Kitty. It is quite disappointing that the manager is reserving these items for personal use.

I'm from out of town and the store was extremely dirty and clothes on the floor and the shoes I wanted to purchase were dirty and when I went to the front to cash out the workers were too busy gossiping about the customers coming in and out of the store and just standing around laughing at people.... I only gave 1star because I can't do zero. I will never stop there again....

Granted, you can almost always find something that you need (or didn't know that you need ;) ) @ TJ Maxx... But this store is almost always in a state of disarray.
Perhaps, they need designated people to keep racks/ displays tidied up ?

The store was clean and stocked a bit to expensive for overstock and damaged products thexreason I gave a low score is because the young man who checked me out couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me and continued to converse (gossip ) with his co-worker the only thing he said to me was "here" to tell me where he would check me out and the total for me to pay. He didn't even speak to me when I greeted him.
