“My car had been worked on by two shade tree mechanics that tore it up. It was a mess, sitting in my driveway not running and the tires were off, dead battery, no belt…well I decided to do a google search and find a mechanic to fix it right. I had a feeling when I came across their website and went with it, so I call Cano and Son. I explained what all had happened (mind you it was on a Saturday morning), they immediately said they would fix it and go get it the same day considering the tires were off, with no belt and a dead battery. They stayed in communication with me every step of the way and didn’t leave me with any surprises. After a few days, my car was up and running! I am happy with the price because I know it was a hard job. People need to understand if they want it done right, and they get quick service, these guys deserve the money they charge. I am extremely satisfied and my car runs great! I found my new mechanics!”

made sure the job was done right — fast, friendly, and with care.

“An employee at the Houston Highway Discount Tire store went over and above the usual great service I always receive at this store. I bought my new tires and after driving awhile knew that something was wrong. I went back the following day and Blake McCreaken greeted me again and I explained that something was wrong. My wheels were again aligned, no problems, and off I went but something was still wrong. Went back, same thing. This time Blake rode with me on the test drive. Something was still wrong. He said he would personally do the balancing and try to find out what the problem was. This time he and one of the other employees found a weight that had somehow gotten in the wrong place. Again, Blake rode with me on our test drive and this time the car drove beautifully. I had a problem and Blake stayed with the problem until he solved it. I would just like to say how polite and engaging this young man is and he is an asset to Discount Tire and to our community. Thank you, Blake.”

“Billy and the guys that rent a wheel in Victoria, Texas are great. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere. And their easy rent to own program comes with great perks like free front alignment. Those are expensive, free, balance, and rotation for the life of the lease, and roadside assistance road hazard all come with the program. I was able to get all four tires for the price of about one and a half and I only have to pay $40 a week. I love rent wheel in Victoria, Texas.”
“This Firestone has always given me great and friendly service. I’ve used them many times. Most recently, I needed all new tires. I bought the insurance plan on them, which I’ve never done before. A week or so later I got a giant nail through my new tire. They replaced it with a smile and for a fee of about $18. It was a very pleasant experience!”
