Tidal Wave is the best wash in town! Excellent service! The lines moves quickly and the wash is thorough. The vacs….wow…. They are the best, super strong suction. Shamisha was very friendly and made it super easy to switch my membership to a new car.

I live down a dirt road, so I stop in every time I'm in town! The biggest reason for the 5-star is because of the customer service. When there was an issue, Justin went above and beyond to help find a solution!

Their machine messed up my tires and I need a tire rotation. The company is completely liable and I have called their manager gave them proof of what my car is now and the damage that happened I’ve called the location customer service multiple times and it’s been over a month and nobody has given me an answer of any kind that they will fix this that they’ll have an appointment set up with. I’ll check my car with a specialist. Nothing they keep giving me to go around. Trust me when I tell you this this company does not care. The managers refused to talk to you and avoid you. Spend your money somewhere else where you’ll actually be valued as a customer I am a stay at home mom so that means I have so many responsibilities and places that I need to be going and for my vehicle to not be working impacts my life so much especially at being a brand new car that shouldn’t have any issues, but now has one due to this companies negligence. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with from the service they’re giving to the report of the customers

If you car isn't very dirty, they are probably ok. But a lot of seemingly uninterested technicians half-heartedly doing their job. We tip well usually but no one at end to tip, especially for a really dirty car! Had to ask to run it through twice.* we purchased the $30 wash, not the cheap one!!

It's a great value when you purchase the monthly wash service. All you have to do is drive up and computer scans your sticker and next your car is being washed. The self serve vscumes are great as well very powerful suction. They also furnish spray bottles of cleaner along with some black towels to use , but please don't take them home. They are for everyone to use..

I have a 2017 Silverado regular mirrors. Right side blowers bump them every time. Brought to their attention multiple times, nothing changed. Last time I had my truck washed. The whole right side of the tailgate was still dirty and basically untouched. I complained and was told unless it was very dirty they wouldn't allow another pass through. Wipe down area and vacuums are convenient. They are not interested in taking care of the customers. Will never go back. Hope Quick Quack has better service, like courtesy used to.

Excellent customer service. Everyone is so hard working and enthusiastic. My car is always super clean!!! What I really like is that they have towels, glass cleaner and everyone is always happy and smiling as well. I would recommend Tidal Wave any day!!!!

Came by today and bought the $30 dollar wash. Still had bugs on the paint. Ask if I could re-wash the car. Manager said no, I said for a $30 dollar wash I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops here. Kept jerking me around till I lost my patience. I said it’s all good I’ll take my 5 cars to another wash. He said smuggly ok and walked off. Then proceeded to walk to the road to plead his case. 1st of all customer is always right!!! You only tried to do your job after I became upset. Nope won’t use you nomore.

Went through the car wash and wasn't pleased with the cleanness of my truck. I was going out of town so I decided to cancel my membership before the next payment was due. On 7/17/23 The young lady helped me cancel my credit card on file before the next payment was due. The account was open on 6/20/23 for a 1 month trial. On 7/19/23 (2 days later) my card was charged $39.99. Customer service said the account was never closed and refused to refund my money back to my card.

The car wash was excellent and I would use your service if you had someone to vacuum the vehicle. Equipment too hard to use by older people.

Barely any customer service. The guy just barely ran something like a mop across my hood and then the car wash barely lasted a minute. It didn't really clean my car that much. It's too expensive for the lack of service you get. I got the $30 one Plus I just got this car and I came out if this car wash and after there's a bunch of scratches that weren't there before.Services: Polishing

I’m canceling my subscription because it’s way to expensive for the workers to be rude. They are sloppy with their arms and always snotty. If you don’t like being outside and working at a car wash, maybe you should rethink your job.
