Lisa Reyes, property manager was instrumental in seeing that my monthly rate was reduced. I sent a letter disputing the increase in rental fee per month and she presented it to her boss. Lisa is always very pleasant , friendly and she appears to care about the tenants.

In March, I rented a storage unit at Storage of America on John Stockbauer in Victoria, TX. The online process was user-friendly, convenient and fast. The property is always clean, security measures keep customers and their belongings safe and the prices are affordable. However, the best part of this business is the property manager, Lisa. I’ve spoken with her on many occasions with various questions. She is always helpful, professional, kind and is definitely an example of what great customer service should be. As a result, my family just reserved our second storage unit at this location. Thank you, Lisa. We really appreciate you and we’re very happy customers.
