My girlfriend took her car in to have the windshield replaced after being told that they could handle the technology on the car (adaptive cruise control, lane departure, automatic high beams,etc). After 4 hours they said that they could not get the system to calibrate and that we needed to take it to the nearest dealer (2 hours away!). Having no choice, we made an appointment, took it in and were informed that someone had touched the camera system throwing it out of spec and that it would need to be replaced at a cost of almost $3000. Texas Glass has refused to take any responsibility even though the system worked fine before they worked on it and doesn't work now. I very strongly recommend staying as far from this business as possible. Zero star's are too many.

First time ever having filed a claim with insurance and my windshield repair done in the same day with only a hour and a half after taking to the texas glass and tinting customer service( I just wish I wasn't horrible rembering names) I believe her name was Megan she had everything set up for the tec to be at my residence for the repair the same day the technician was professional friendly and had the job done I no time at all .Thank you to the team at texas glass and tintingService: Auto windshield repair

We were traveling through the area and staying at Goliad State Park when we realized a rock chip in our motor home windshield. We called and spoke with Melanie who was very friendly and helpful. She took our information and called us back in a short time giving us a same day appointment for a mobile technician to come to us at the campground. The tech arrived and had our repair completed efficiently and with friendly service. We would definitively recommend this local company, Texas Glass & Tinting, over the national company as they gave professional, friendly and great customer service!!Service: Windscreen repair

This place has the best customer service and does great work! Placed an order over phone and it was ready by the end of the day. The ladies in the office are very friendly and went above and beyond to help unload and load up glass that was ordered. Will definitely continue to order through this place.

Highly recommend these people’s. They tinted a vehicle for me and even offered me a ride home when I couldn’t get an Uber, so that I didn’t have to wait there. 10/10 very kind and professional. Thank you
