We bought cabinets at the Temple location which had amazing customer service. We had to return a couple cabinets due to a miscalculation in the measurements. We returned the cabinets to the Victoria location and purchased a few additional cabinets. Once again we were met with exceptional customer service. We bought unstained cabinets to stain ourselves and a couple laminate countertops. The quality of the cabinets far exceeds the big name box stores and the prices are better also. We plan to do some future renovations and will most definitely return to Home Outlet. They have a great selection of home improvement products, the pricing is reasonable, and I can't express enough how pleased we are with the exceptional customer service of each Home Outlet employee we have dealt with.

The prices are great. The staff are very helpful. If they do not have it in stock, they can refer you to the manufacturer’s website to order it. For all of my fellow VETERANS, we get a 10% discount on our orders!

i asked about being able to return some tile they told me i could not return it because it was discontinued even tho I asked twice in advance both in person and on the phone if I could return it and they said yes both times. I think they should make it clear to their customers that a product is discontinued and can't be returned instead of wasting people's time and money

Ordered a shower and paid for it, waited a week just find out the actual delivery date wasn't till early Sept. ? funny i didn't find out until I called or I'd still be waiting

I definitely recommend Home outlet stores in Victoria, Texas. They are so willing to help and have pretty stuff for good prices. But most of all I want to throw it out there me and my mom have been there for 2 days and a young man named Stuart has gone above and beyond to help. Very sweet and willing to do whatever needs done to help you and make sure your needs are met. If you ever need anything from there definitely look up Stuart. Also who I believed was manager asked us if we would like some water. You don’t get this kind of service in many places.
