We had a very pleasant and informative interaction with Laci. She was friendly, very knowledgeable on all the products, and took her time explaining everything. While our purchase was a little higher than what we expected going in, we are pleased with the products we chose and can’t wait to get our bed installed. Laci at the Sleep Number Bed in Victoria was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and put my husband and I in the best 👌 bed ever.

The store itself has nice helpful employees, they have this fancy device that give you your sleep number. Everything was good until a few days of sleeping on the bed. It was about a month of really uncomfortable sleeping, tossing and turning and eventually having to just sleep in the guest room. Sleep number tried to make it better but it was like sleeping on an air mattress and I just couldn’t handle the sleepless nights or the back pain it caused me. I wasn’t rushed or pressured to purchase and they have a good return policy. I’m glad I tried it but definitely not for me. Give it a try, I’m just very picky when it comes to comfort.

Yes they may be expensive but after owning one 8+ years i would not recommend anyone else hands down BEST sleep i ever had!!!!

Peter the salesman that helped us with our sleep number bed took us through the different beds and explained how and what each bed did was very helpful we chose the temp control bed and we just love this bed!!! Thanks Peter from Cathy and Chris Gonzales
