“The selection of inventory could be better. They say it’s a supply chain issue, though. And that really doesn’t have to do with the people working there, who are really great sales people. You can tell that the managers really care whether or not customers leave the store happy.”
“NAILEA was amazing i got a brand new pair of Adidas Campus shoes in Pink/White and they came with a large stain on them. I was so upset and i just put them on that day and we walked in to get some spray and some suede cleaner. We told her what happened and she was like, let me see your shoes. I took them off my feet and she was like I got you girl, i can tell they are brand new. We will replace them on the spot! It was the last pair in my size i was so shocked and so pleased with her customer service. She did such an amazing job, and really took care of us. Thank you girl! Nailea you are amazing!”

“I give this store five star and being very awesome! Pam The store manager is very awesome and everyone else! My only thing is I wish they carry larger sizes women's footwear in sizes 13 and 14 for my wife. They do carry a few sometimes but you really have to scan the area. They usually have like a small tag indicating a larger size or a smaller size. We shop at website but even they don't hardly have larger sizes. So we usually go to different places like Houston and so on and find what we're looking for. But we'd rather stay home something that's nearby. But other than that, we hope this store carries larger sizes. Thanks a million Pam (Store manager) 20 years plus she has been working there being awesome, going above and beyond the call of duty ?❤️??”
