Tread carefully with this company, they string you along for weeks on end without making a decision.Once they make a decision, they notify you via TEXT message, but they don't provide you with a reason for their decision.The recruiter will not take your phone call and will never return a voice-mail message requesting a response.I highly recommend that you avoid this company with a 10 ft pole.

The new management has shown great improvements, the equipment is top notch. There’s plenty of work & there’s not another company that will take of you the way Reliant does. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have been working with this company for just over 2 months now and have been treated professional and with respect. There is a lot of potential for growth in the company and as a company. I have been given the opportunity to succeed and a true chance to advance and grow here. Sky's the Limit. I feel that for drivers it's a great place to start and learn the Oil field buiness and with new pay scales and incentives it's very competetive. Put in the work and it pays off.

I have worked here since July of 2020 and in the beginning it was rough. It is definitely getting better with pay raises and more work. Schedule is 5 on 2 off and then 5 on and 3 off. They also give you a room to stay in. The work is easy and the pay is steady.

Safety is none existing been there 9 months haven’t tested gas monitor not once. Risking your health for peanuts 70 hour work week for $1000 run pay is a joke 122 mile run $120 u can do one and preload another $60 for a total of 180 thank goodness for the minimum $200 a day do the math 13 an hour or so but then you add overtime and all and it’s like $11 an hour would of gave them a zero star if I could don’t do it stay away promised more pay never happened

I recently was let go due to not making my appointments on time as they said but let me tell you guys drivers keep keys to the good trucks with no issues and then the truck you get is not dot certified to be on public roads, when pay changed to % was not good if pay was cut by 50% not what they stated it is not normal for a company to lose so many drivers on a monthly basis don’t believe me? Look into it facts do not lie! The only thanks I give is learning something new and the only person in management that is capable of running a yard is the terminal manager Mike he is a good guy, my advice to anyone thinking of applying is look into the turnover rate of this company which is unacceptable and strangely ok by higher up to keep so called management in position be careful guys a company cannot be operating on lying to drivers about pay then to find out your getting half the pay you we’re promised good luck
