“Fedex missed delivering to my office 2 days so I requested they leave it at the station and I'll pick it up. Stopped by Saturday at 11:55 am but they were unable to find the package. So I left extremely frustrated. As I pulled into my neighborhood Fedex called to let me know my package had been located. Did I want to return and pick it up? Of course not, just deliver it on Monday please. Ten minutes later they called and asked for my home address. Fifteen minutes later my package was dropped off. That is how businesses should operate. “Lizzy at UPS helped with a project in which I had to photocopy 100+ old pictures for a photo board. They copied them on photo quality paper, cut them to size and put all of them on a thumb drive for me. Saved me hours and hours of time. Quality and timeliness was excellent! Highly recommend UPS!”
