Went in to get a gift and there was a child running around and trying to get behind the counter, another adult running after the child yelling at her to sit down! An employee eating behind the counter while having a conversation with two other women and not once did anyone ask me for assistance. Charged me extra on each item for using my cc and no signs are posted anywhere! Horrible experience and will not be returning.
