My wiper blade on the driver's side fell off while driving in rain. Went to the 9303 North Navarro location in Victoria Texas and Josh helped me find replacement blades. He installed them quickly between rain bands. Shout out to Josh for his help and O'Reilly for the excellent selection of replacement blades.

Went here to get rid of used oil. The employees were friendly and helpful when just dumping my oil. So I've been back to buy a few parts, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful, making sure to find the right part for my truck.

I made a call to O’Reilly across from Wal-mart today and I was put on hold right away because the employee was helping a customer. I thought I was a customer? They never got back on the call to help me. I waited over 5 mins and I guess they forgot about me. The experience was so disappointing! First impressions can be so impactful, not sure if I want to do business with O’Reilly again.
