I've been living here for going on 2 years and I can say it's been good. All my neighbors are polite and we communicate on a regular basis. The maintenance men are polite and courteous especially David. As soon as something goes out they are here to fix it. Our AC, plumbing,and fridge have all given us issues here , and all where take care of in a timely manner. Our fridge went out and we had a new one in less than 2 hours of making our request. That was amazing and none of our food went bad . They have new management that are very polite also.

This place was so welcoming by a women named Connie I need a place and she helped me and my family and we now live on property and she is still so helpful and welcoming I wish I would of found this location a long time ago thank you mrs Connie for everything you do to make me and family feel welcomed.

I love that these apartments are clean, and the rent is affordable. Way too much traffic would be the downside.

Nice place to live. Not a fan of the floor plans but it was nice while I stayed there. Neighbor above me had problems and was noisy. We had roaches when we first moved in and they were gone in a month. It's not the apartment that has roaches it's the people. just clean up and they will go away!!!! Maintenance was always nice and fixed the problems in a timely manner. Still waiting on my security deposit to come back. I will update when I get it.

I absolutely love it here! The process of moving in was such a breeze! The staff is amazing! First time renter and they made everything so easy! The area is perfect! I love the way my apartment looks. Everything is beautiful! 10/10 recommend! Cynthia is amazing with me!

The staff are amazing The maintenance are the best we have ever had here when even I need something replaced or fixed they are on it by end of that day the work order is put in. The ladys in office are awesome very friendly and treat u with the same respect u give them. Today Cynthia helped me out and was very thankful I was patient with her as she runs around crazy trying her best to fix everyone needs at once. Both ladys are very loveing to all children they even set up after school snack time on Wednesdays for the kids. Very thankful for such awesome office staff makes it easier to live at peace.

I had to move due to an emergency, and Cynthia walked me through the process, and had me in a new apartment very quickly and painlessly. She was so friendly, and you can really tell she cares about us tenants!! The apartment is super spacious and affordable as well!!
