Very friendly folks. Knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to assist the customers. They have linear board lengths other big chain building supply store do not carry. They have a large selection of hardware, and the checkout is quick and easy. Great location for a quick stop for parts forgotten on site.

I love going to McCoy's. They always have what I want and sevice is quick. No long lines. I also know fom past experience the local store supports the Boy Scout program.

I tried purchasing windows and doors at Home Depot and Lowes to only be given the run around...noone available at this time...or they are at lunch, at 530 in the evening! Twice! I left and went to McCoys one evening. I was professionally greeted by Dylan who helped me pick and select what windows and doors were needed for my home build by looking over my house plans. Doing it myself takes knowledgeable people along the way and I found that at McCoys with Dylan. Once the windows and doors came in I was given a call confirming they were in. I went to pick them up not realizing the wrong color was ordered. Dylan and his manager made it right. I received a call today my windows were in two weeks later. I am grateful for the change. My receipt clearly stated no exchanges or returns on special orders. It did not have to go so well...but it did! Thank you MCCoys! I'll be back soon....

Placed a order told I'd get a call to let me know they have the door ,I call back 3 weeks later no one order the door or checked on the status , the manager said it wasn't there fault it was the mafactuer fault .. he could car less gave me no answer or apologized and im not the only one who has this problem here...

Nice clean store with employees who actually greet you when you walk in. A good alternative to the huge chain building supply stores.

Top notch customer service and quality material each time, every time. Recently ordered supplies for a wooden privacy fence. The staff made the process seamless from order, to payment, and delivery. Every person I spoke with was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Timely updates on order status and flexible and fast delivery times. Not to mention some of the best pricing in the area. General manager BK Harrison and his staff have exceeded expectations on every order I have placed at McCoys Victoria and I will continue to use them as the need arises. Victoria is fortunate to have such a great building supply store with such an amazing staff from top to bottom who are always ready to assist everyone form the small project DIY homeowner to the large project contractors and everyone in between!
