Disappointed in my recent experience. First they call the recipient to ask if their name was spelled correctly and to ask about exchanges…surprise ruined
And then they got an entirely different arrangement than what I paid for. This wasn’t a simple swap of spray rose color; it’s an entirely different arrangement that I would have never purchased.

Sent flowers from CA to Victoria, Tx today & thankfully the recipient text w a thank you photo. Man on man - uh.... Not even close to what I ordered. I even had size choices & chose the largest arrangement. Look at my pics! Unbelievable. I'm so embarrassed....

This place is AMAZING customer service to the highest caliber, I had placed an order to be delivered for valentines and somebody had stole the flowers that got delivered. Not ONLY did they decide to replace the flowers with no extra charge they even added more flowers to the bouquet the whole staff was sweet and amazing I highly recommend them for any flower arrangements!!!

I wanted to send flowers to the funeral of my cousin in Victoria. I used Google Maps to find a florist near the funeral home. I found the web site of McAdams Florist and picked and bought an arrangement for delivery the next day. I was not able to attend so I did not see the flowers but I know they were delivered on time.
