Definitely would recommend Mac Haik in Victoria for a vehicle purchase. Would recommend Alex Pineda as your contact. Great experience and I hate the buying negotiating process. Alex calming demeanor was excellent.

Sales is great. Fritz is my guy. I give them 5 stars. My wife and i have bought 3 vehicles over the past few years. Great people.
The service on the other hand is a different story. They are the reason i give 1 star. Wish i could give negative stars because of the service department. They lie and got caught in a lie but continued to lie. Snake in the grass is what they are. Not going to name names but i will never bring them another vehicle to work on or do warranty work. Then to top it off someone scrathed the paint and tore chin spoiler under the vehicle.

Scammers. Told me to my face I was rejecting any of the optional warranties and still stacked 1,000 plus in the fine print. If you want to play that dealership game and are ready to be disrespected, go ahead and do business here.

This is a horrible place to get service. They manipulate and lie about what is really wrong with your vehicle.
I took my truck in for turbo issues and brought specific diagnostic as to what was wrong and what I wanted done. They scheduled the work and after i picked it up the engine light came on just 2hours after I left.
I took it to auto zone and got scanner put on it. It came back the exact same issue I was supposed to have fixed. When I took it back I got the apology but no explanation as to why they didn't do the work.
I had paid $1,900 and now was being to told to get the work done it would be $4,000. After warranty denied the claim I picked up truck the driver side door was was damaged to the point it took off paint and bent edge.
When I complained I was told the door would be fixed then the tiny bald man who is the new service manager decided he wouldn't fix it because I gave them a bad review on Google.
Apparently it was OK for them to screw me out of $1,900 dollars and not fix the problem but BAD for me to complain about it.
I told them that I'd have to get a lawyer then because of the theft of services and damaged door.
He proceeded to threaten me as I walked to my vehicle yelling out the door at me.
In short stay away from this place they are thieves and liars.
Take your Ford to port lavaca they are honest, don't damage your vehicle and don't verbally threaten you when they don't get the response that they want.

My car was there 3 separate occasions for a total of 7 weeks for the a/c not working properly. I ended up purchasing a new car because they couldn't fix mine.
I couldn't risk putting my 2 year old in a car without working A/C.

The Mac Haik Ford Service Department in Victoria did a terrible job communicating, fixing, and following up with our repair. Not to mention their services are too expensive. After an extended wait time to just get the vehicle in the shop for diagnostics the initial repair did not fix the issue. After paying for the initial repair that did not fix the issue we spent over two months trying to get back in touch with multiple failed attempts and no returned phone calls from the service department. Mak Haik Ford will never get my business. Places like Goliad and Cuero have hard working service departments that will communicate with you on a consistent basis.
