Shipping scam!
A refrigerator was purchased in store and delivered 2 days later. Refrigerator was brought out of the truck, not in a box and laid on it's side. That's a no-no.
One of the doors did not seal as I felt it should like the freezer door, so I called for a check on the same day. Days later, another delivery crew comes out, puts his level on top and sees that there is an issue, takes pictures of the level and says, " this refrigerador doesn't have the adjustment screws needed, so I will make a report and a replacement refrigerator will probably follow soon".
More than a week goes by and I respond in the store, where I am finally told to get with the warranty people because it's under warranty for a year.
If I spend a thousand on a new refrigerator, I WANT A NEW REFRIGERATOR! I think I'll do Home Depot from now on. Shame on you, Lowe's.

I bought a washer and dryer to be delivered. I was told they would be calling to set a delivery time. No phone call received. When I look online, their site shows no results of my order. Try to reach them by phone, nobody seems able to answer a phone. I'm very discouraged with my service so far.

Hi my name is Dan Rumer. I live here in Victoria Tx. You have a great employee in Cindy, don't know her last name . But you all know her she basicly runs the paint department. But I know she floats around the store doing what ever is needed.
She has helped me and many in my family as we remodel our homes. She helps way more than a normal employee. She goes way beyond to try to solve our problems.
And is as knowledgeable as any person about construction as I have met.
And I was a contractor for years.
Better hang on to her . Employees like her are few and far between.Belive me I use to hire them myself......

Went to buy a refrigerator found one on sale that I really loved. But then was told it was out of stock so I asked if it would be back in stock and the lady just shrugged her shoulders. When something is out of stock put a sign on it that it's not available . Anyway we went to Home Depot and bought my refrigerator!!!

Excellent experience! My first curbside at Lowes and I couldn’t be happier. One negative. The website didn’t allow me to specify a date or time, so I assumed the order would be held for a reasonable amount of time. We arrived the next day and our order had been returned to the shelves and our wait time was a bit longer than expected. BUT, the young man who helped us was exceptional. Rather than be curt, he ran out to our car ? and explained the situation and ran back into the store to fill our order (again). He must have run the entire time because he had our order out to us in no time at all. He was courteous and friendly, which we really appreciated.

Horrible service!! I have used lowes thru the years on all of our homes remodeling. We recently bought carpet which they use different companies to get the carpet into your home on the floor and it was complete fiasco. We now purchased a dishwasher which we were assured it would be no problem to get the next day. I received a text confirmation that the dishwasher would be coming the next day between four and eight pm. Well it is a problem. We called thankfully to check to see if we could get it before 5 pm and it never was on the truck. The warehouse said they really didn't even know where our dishwasher we purchased was . They didn't even know where the order was. Our floors are going in our home today.Needed dishwasher before we finished that area of floor. Called the Victoria store back about the problem.There was no solution and they could have cared less!!!!!

I love Lowe's lawn and garden area. It's beautiful. I do flower beds and yard work for a living and I always seem to find new plants at Lowes. They have a wonderful variety and the prices are very reasonable.
