I did an online pickup for an item they had in stock on the 1st. They said it would be ready today to pick up. Lo and behold it's 5:47 pm and they haven't even checked in the received items today from the truck they received today. It was suppose to be in stock but apparently someone can not do their on hands right so they had to order it. So it took me 2 times calling up there to get someone on the phone to tell me all this so I told her to cancel it cause it was for my husbands birthday today. So when she canceled it she hung up on me and I had a question if it got returned to my card. So they just lost my business.. Thanks for ruining my husbands birthday today Lowes!!!

Bought a new freestanding stove. No one bothered to tell us about charges to deliver or haul away old stove. A total of $79. Didn't find out until we got home. Called to ask about it and of course, it was our fault for not asking. The last time we bought appliances was about 10 years ago when we got a new house, and they did all that as part of the price. We cancelled the haul out of the old stove. They also no longer install the new one. Had to get plumbers to come, in a week's time, to do that. When the truck showed up the delivery man spoke very little English but was nice. He was still under the premise that he was to pick up the old stove, but we refused it. I was very disappointed in the customer service that we found at a place we always depended on in the past. The takeaway on this is to always ask every question you can think of if you go to Lowe's. Never assume they will have a full disclosure.

horrible customer service I found a dishwasher on clearance and was told I couldn't buy it because it was still on display and had to wait for a reset so they could take it out and sell it to me so I left my number,name,and item number and the manager said they would let me know when it was pulled out so I could come get it and I call back in a week to check on it and they already sold it to someone else and didn't bother calling be when the item was pulled from display.

I cannot rate this store a zero or I would. Wow. We bought a 2-piece tool box to the total of almost $1000 to pick up. When we went to pick it up, they sent one petite female to load it into the back of our pick-up. You couldn't pull into the loading zone because of all the lawn mowers and grills out there. What's the point? Then she dropped the bottom part off the cart. It was well-cushioned and the box didn't seem to be damaged so we let it go. I wish I would have insisted on her going back and getting another one, but we tried being nice and understanding and went on with it. Luckily her manager was walking up to work when she dropped it off the cart so we had a witness. He said if it was damaged, we could bring it back. Really? It weighs a lot. A couple weeks later, I got my neighbors to help me carefully unload the components and we put it together. It wasn't easy to notice at first, but upon closer inspection, the drop bent the back and front corners of that side enough that 3 of the drawer don't work properly. I can't load this heavy thing up and don't want to drive from Weimar to exchange. After multiple calls and requests and lots of time on hold, I have NEVER received the requested call back. Some lady at customer service offered 10% off in a very casual way. NO! This is unacceptable. I travel for work and don't have time to drive down there for a conversation I can have on the phone. They like to answer, put you on hold, transfer your call, and then no one picks up or the system hangs up on you. This is ridiculous. If I have to drive down there to handle this, I will be even more unhappy than I am now. This is basic customer service. Call their copoerate customer service line and they will tell you every time the wait is 45 min to an hour. No wonder the wait is so long with such HORRIBLE and shameful customer service. I regret this purchase so much. I should have been a forceful customer and made her get me a new one after she dropped. I have waited years to get a nice new toolbox like this and it's just too bad LOWE's can't deliver better service. Shame on you! I'm going to HOME Depot forever now. Lowe's sucks, particularly the Victoria, TX location. Skip it and do yourself a favor.

Mr. Patrick, in electrical and lighting, very knowledgeable and very friendly!! He found exactly what I needed, from a picture with no identifying numbers, and then explained what was interchangeable!! Great man!! Thank you!!#Good Service

I do not always have the best experience here but things seem to be changing. Ran across Floor Supervisor Renee who was the most helpful individual I have ever encountered here - or at the other places! Needless to say, I purchased flooring for the entire house today. Just can't beat good customer service!

Zero Stars. Bought an item online. Showed up when they said it was ready. Waited 40 minutes in curbside... nothing. I went in to find out what's going on and only THEN did they tell me that they accidentally put my item in someone else's vehicle moments before...they messed up. They then ordered another from the vendor telling me to return on 12/12 to pick it up. I called on 12/12 to ask about it first. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes before anyone even picked up!!! My item had not even shipped yet. I called back on 12/14. Still nothing, but they called the vendor and got it shipped. After 3 more calls over the next few days (each one requiring 15-20 minute hold times), they still can't tell me when my item will arrive. They told me I'll have to call back each day to see if it has arrived. Hopefully it arrives before Christmas, or my daughter's Christmas may be ruined. I could not believe the poor customer service through this ordeal. We couldn't even get ahold of a manager (they were too busy). In a town with a Home Depot around the corner...I'll not likely be back...

I was in the store on 11/22/2021 trying to get help in the flooring department. No employees were around to help out. I went to another department and they paged for assistance twice but no one ever came to help out. By now there were several customers also need assistance. I even went to customer service for help and they couldn't even help me. To day I thought I would call Lowe's flooring and ask a few questions about the flooring. The phone rang and rang after being transferred several times. Lowe's you customer service sucks!! This is not the first time I have had trouble getting assistance in this store. Next time I will skip Lowe's and a mile and go to Home Depot

Went to lowe's of victoria for a clothes washing machine, stated on line that machine was in stock. After my arrival i went to appliances where others were already waiting for service, after a couple of minutes the intercom announced that customer service was needed in appliances. After waiting another 15 minutes with no help I went to Home Depo, where i promptly was helped by a representative, they had sold all washers in stock. I returned to Lowe's and now 6 people were awaiting service in appliances, an employee announced 2 times while i was there a code 3 which is help and NO-ONE ever showed up. I left and will spend my hard earned money where it is appreciated. Thumbs way down...

For my parents 60th anniversary, I wanted to send my mom white poinsettias which were her wedding flowers. No florist could deliver white. Searches showed Lowe's in Victoria had them but I couldn't order online. So I called the outdoor department and Cindy was able to find two beautiful plants, carried the two To customer service and I paid by phone. They put them in curbside pickup and my mom was able to come by to pick them up. Also, they were half price. I'm so grateful for their awesome customer service today! And my mom was thrilled with her anniversary remembrance. Thanks Cindy and Lowe's in Victoria!

Excellent customer service experience Excellent customer service experience. I was blown away.The store is 3302 Goliad Rd. San Antonio, Tx. 78223 .I'm a senior so I remember when the Texaco guy came out to your car put your gas in , washed your windows, checked your oil and your tire pressure. I was in customer service for over 35 years as a property manager. So I love exceptional customer service. I had ordered a leaf blower on line from Home Depo.. It looked like a toy and had no power. It was a Dewalt so I was really disappointed. I went into Lowes to get a couple paint supplies so I decided to look for a blower. First I encountered Johnathan in the lawn dept. He was helping another customer but took the time to acknowledge (very rare anymore). He answered one simple question. "Where are the Dewalt blowers". He told me where they were so I went on my way. I approached Eian near the tools and he showed me what I had just ordered on line and explained it was a construction blower for sawdust not a leaf blower. He could have just went about his business but he told me about another blower and walked with me to that department. Since I didn't have a cart because I did not plan to buy a blower he carried the blower to the counter in front. Then I realized I could not get the things to my car without a cart. Eian went and got me a cart! It was late in the afternoon and I was tired but I left happy and smiling about these two young men. They will go far if they continue to give that kind of customer service. My motto was always...You the customer are the REASON I am here! Sales would go way up if people could just get some help. I do understand the bad reviews I see here because I hate to go into home improvement stores . But these two young men made my day! God bless them both.

I had a defective product and asked to speak to a manager and moved to the side so other customers could be helped. I was not upset when I talked to the customer service person who had an attitude. He called manager and I showed him my receipt. The manager said he couldn't come to the register because he was in a meeting. I have never heard that anywhere. I was bewildered. The person asked him again over the phone and he said he was too busy to come to the front. Strangest thing I've ever heard! I picked up my stuff and left. I now have it the Home Depot bag to take back. (I went to HD and bought the same products but this time they weren't defective.) I've bought tens of thousands of dollars at this store which I know in the grand scheme of things isn't that big of a deal but I will not go there again for anything.

Andrew was AMAZING! He was friendly, helpful and the ONLY person in the store who was. The manager MJ sat in front of me and talked about a customer saying horrible things about them not realizing it was my family member she was speaking about. This all stemmed from an over charge and when we asked about it she became angry and refused to honor a discount that was advertised. We are building a house and have to come into this location and every time we have been there she has been rude. This really needs to be addressed.

Service irregular but my big gripe is they now have only self service key making with few options. They did not have my GMC car key.
