Again, they tell me at the register that certain items are not allowed discount coupons, so they should tell customers when they issue the discount coupons that they are LIMITED!

Today I visit kohls Richmond location when I am on the way to Houston. Employe Tamara and mananger STEPHANIE is very bad maner . Unrespectful . Not friendly . Fiting and zelling on customer. They don’t need customers so the whole big store only have ne shopping that time . Hope the head mananger will see the video how they treat their customers. hope they chose good personalities mananger store .not trash mananger store cause how the mananger is and the employees will be the same way . Hope the head mananger store will receive this message. If not I have a feeling this store will closing soon 🙏🙏🙏

After visiting Kohls in New Braunsfels, my daughter and I went to the Victoria store. The shoe section was a mess, as usual. We were unable to locate the brand we were looking for much less the shoe. The rest of store is pretty organized.

What a sale!!! Problem is there’s no one on the floor to help you Direct what u were looking for???
I saw no one that worked there in the store!
However, the sales were fantastic if you found the yellow sticker that is! It was a mess. I guess people picking through stuff.
They went on Late afternoon noon Friday, And if it wasn’t for the pricing being so cheap, I probably would’ve given it 4****except for the girl that checked me out was very personable And she was smiling!
I’ll come manage your store, if the price is right! I get it done

I do like Kohls, but their selections for little girls, babies and plus size maternity are lacking more selection. Oh, and the toy area us a mess but understandable for this season. Besides that, the service is always good and friendly, and their bathrro.s are always clean.
