I walked into the store yesterday September 1st 2024 there were about five ladies standing around just talking behind the counter I asked one of the ladies if they could clean my James Avery bracelet I bought there she told me that I couldn't pick my bracelet up till 5:00 p.m. which I didn't understand because there were so many of them and I know it doesn't take very long to clean a bracelet none of the ladies were doing nothing but standing around I am so sad because I was going to purchase two more bracelets and some charms for my daughter and my granddaughter there but I no longer will be doing business with them. It was around 1 pm that day.

Amanda was very helpful and nice, even when the store was super busy. She informed me about a charm that had broke on my bracelet & how it could be replaced due to it being remade a different way.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from the employee at James Avery! They took amazing care of me and were super friendly. Usually it’s busy and people are rushing. However, this day Marisa was personal and so pleasant. She patiently waited for me and made my experience fun.

Some of the employees are stuck up at this location. And prefer Katy location. They are much more helpful and nicer.

This store has very disrespectful employees especially the managers they do not care about the customer. Their timeframe from buying to getting your charms put on is at least 5 hour wait or next day. Any other JA stores your purchases are done within 45 mins to an hour wait. Even the JA located in the Dillard Store gives you no more than an hour wait. This is bad service for customers that live out of town and need their purchases that day. I arrived at 10:15 am yesterday mine you they open at 10 am and had to wait till 2:53 for my purchases. I Italy suggest to take your business elsewhere.
