It wouldn’t let me move forward without at least selecting one star otherwise it would have been zero stars. Lashonda is very unprofessional, cannot get ahold of her when you need to and we tried many many times. She doesn’t return phone calls, accepts your payment but doesn’t file your taxes for 5 months. We also could not get our tax documents we sent her back from her until we threatened to press charges for theft. My husband went to her office today where he was told she would be and she never showed up. She did call him back after he threatened to get a lawyer and she did file our taxes today. Finally after like I said 5 months and she was paid the day she requested payment. The only way to get her to respond or do really anything is to threaten with the law. Poor service! Would highly recommend going elsewhere!

Took our taxes a month before the deadline,never heard from them so I called to check the status on my taxes, and they said, oh yeah we haven't forgotten about you we will take care of you ,well on the last day I called them to see what was going on well then they tell me I had to call the IRS and get an extension! I was at work and had no way of doing that and so was my wife, and if I didn't call before 5:00 I was screwed according to the IRS web . My point is if they knew that they couldn't get to my taxes they should have told me
