When it comes to car battery, they can help trouble shoot , and do maintenance on battery. Especially those Nissan vehicles. They always seem to die every 2 yrs but these Guys made it last longer. I have been a interstate battery guy for a long time
I'll leave it at a 4 because I was a bit disappointed they couldn't put a simple battery on my motorcycle ?.
Maybe they didnt want to mess up my motorcycle and be libel for damages but
Tools were offer and I change it in the parking lot.
Note: not all motorcycle batteries are available on spot. Might have to order but it's worth it

Unfriendly and very unhelpful. We came in and the big guy working there acted like we were a nuisance because we wanted to buy a new battery. When we asked for clarification on why something wouldn’t work, he just told us he couldn’t sell it to us, with no other explanation. Any other questions we had, he just mumbled back to us, unintelligibly. We went to Walmart and saved $100.

The staff friendly and very knowledgeable. I returned two batteries due to we didn't need them after all. No questions asked they just refunded my money and I returned the batteries

I took my truck in to get corrosion removed from a battery post. The employee pointed out the battery was five years old, but didn''t make a hard sale to buy a new one. With the cold weather expected, it was a no brainer to just drop a new one in. The employees are always honest and always customer oriented.
