Heb plus here in this town is the best not only in customer service but the items as well. It has so many cute Texan decor, which I love. It is always clean and employees seem to enjoy their work. I highly recommend this over the other HEB in this town.

Great staffing
love the quick check out and not the self check out part either the cashier love their job.
Thank you HEB for not promoting the self checkout station by under staffing the cashier.
Update HEB please work on pricing yes your the only super grocery store in town but, I think we need more competition like Kroger's etc .

This list post is about curbside!!! I only order 14 items and half of my order is missing!!! I waited over 15 minutes for them to bring it out and not give us all of our stuff! It’s ridiculous we live out of town and I know it convenient but these people get paid to do this they need to learn to do their job better!!! Not the first time I have experienced this! Always check your receipt!!!!!

You simply can't spell Texas without HEB <3 Great selection, super- clean store. The weekly "meal deals" are really helpful when it comes to stretching a dollar. On-site gas station, pharmacy & garden center... PLUS, customers can order online & select a pick-up time.
Just a wonderful store - the great selection & friendly staff make for a pleasant shopping experience :)
... Also ?, they have a wonderful selection of pottery, yard decor & fruit trees/ bushes... Always varieties that thrive in our agricultural zone. We've both several unique things @ HEB, that we'd never seen anywhere else.. and added bonus, there! Kudos to the garden center buyer for keeping an excellent variety! ?

This review is based off of my purchase/interaction this morning (5/9/2024 @7:30 AM) with the manager named Veronica at HEB Plus on Navarro.
I travel across Texas biweekly frequenting Austin, San Antonio and Victoria. Today was the first day I purchased Ozarka 5 gallons from this location. More often than not, machines that distribute the tickets when returning the 5 gallon jugs are either out of tickets or not functioning properly. The HEB's I frequent in Austin and San Antonio understand this and always trust when I say that my Ozarka 5 gallon jugs are exchanges. Here, I cannot say that was the case.
When purchasing my exchanges today, I asked for an exchange rate and was denied. I explained how I do not live in Victoria and that the HEB's I normally exchange at have machines that do not normally distribute tickets. Veronica the manager (whom I explained this situation to) did not believe me and her only response was "You need the tickets for the exchange". I can say that I’ve never met a more unpleasant manager as a Texan who has shopped at HEB my entire life.
To be honest, it wasn't the fact I had to pay full price but the exchange between Veronica and myself that is upsetting. Why would I lie about 5 gallon water exchanges out of all things? Why didn't Veronica believe me? Is it normal for HEB managers to act this way or is Veronica a special case of unpleasantness? Why didn't she offer to view my previous transactions using my credit card where I made previous Ozarka exchanges at other HEB locations just last week? Veronica's attitude reminded me of a Hall Monitor with a power hungry struggle.
It's unfair that the inconsistency of the tickets distributed at the jug returns throughout HEB's in Texas is a factor when I run into the Veronica's out there. I hope other customers don’t experience this type of attitude in the future. Y’all can do better.

Today is the second Sunday I go to check out and they pull the packing kid from me again. I am NOT AT SAM'S. I don't mind bagging my groceries but I deserve the same courtesy that everyone else gets. Won't be a next time for sure.

I just encountered the nicest employee while at this store. I was walking out with my pregnant daughter and grandson. Jude came up to us with an HEB umbrella and offered to cover us and unload our groceries into the truck. My daughter started to load groceries into the truck and he told her he had it and to go sit in the truck. I then offered him a tip and he said “no ma’am, this is my job”. Jude, thank you for being a kind dedicated employee and brightening our day with your assistance and friendly smile.
