Your not able to try on any clothes your interested in buying. Their dressing rooms are locked. All Sales are Final. I asked "What do you do if the clothes you buy ends up not fitting. I was told "You can [DONATE] then back to Goodwill"Seriously!?!! What do you see wrong with that picture?

One of the worst Goodwill stores I've ever been in. Hateful, unfriendly people and prices higher than new merchandise at the retail stores they came from. Truly unfortunate for the people of this community. Poor, pitiful management.

No dressing rooms open and employees say they have no plans to reopen them. Also- NO returns or refunds on any clothes!!! So you're expected to buy and never try on anything. I don't think they understand if we had money to be able to throw it away on a bunch of clothes that don't fit, we wouldn't be shopping there. I won't be back until store policies return to something realistic for their customers. Staff is friendly. Policies for customers not so much! Better off at a regular store where at least you can still try on clothes and not throw away your hard earned dollars. When is the last time you tried on 10 pants and found more than one or two that even fit properly? These people are nuts.

Whenever I'm in the area visiting family, shopping here is a must. The only drawback is the fitting rooms are still closed. Come on, really?! Great inventory, good prices, and friendly staff. Didn't find anything on this trip, but I will be back.

First time ever that I had a horrible experience. The fitting rooms are closed. Got it. No problem. Been that way since the start of Covid. I had two suit blazers that I wanted to see how they looked. So, like anyone who shops for jackets (new or used) you would want to try them on.However, I couldn't not find a mirror anywhere! I mean anywhere. I asked one of the associates where I could find a mirror to try in said blazers since the fitting rooms were closed. She whispered you could try the bathrooms. I won't tell. Well, the signs clearly say not to bring merchandise into the bathrooms so I wasn't going to do that. I happen to locate a door mirror in the back that was for sale so I used that. I try on the first one. No problems. I try on the second one and go to take it off and a different associate tells me I can't try the jackets on. I ask her if the dressing rooms are closed and all sales are final then how am I supposed to know if it fits? She shrugged her shoulders at me and says it is the policy. Well obviously common sense does not play a part in this ridiculous policy. I'm not trying on pants. I'm not trying on a shirt. I'm not taking my clothes off. I'm trying on a jacket! Which is what anyone and everyone does when you shop for a jacket! Or shoes! Or a hat! Or gloves! Or freaking clothes! I wouldn't be as upset if I was allowed to bring the jacket back for an exchange or store credit if happens to not fit. Doesn't have to be getting my money back, but I can't even do that. And if that is the company's policy, don't you think as an employee working there, you would want to move the merchandise out as quickly as possible and make the customers happy so they will buy the stuff and get out?! Use common sense people. Just because it is a ridiculous moronic policy that doesn't even make sense, doesn't mean you can't use your own common sense and not enforce it. All you're doing is making it difficult for the customer to decide to buy the item and for you to make the sale. Simple math to me. Worst experience ever!

Every other Saturday prices are half off, and with exceptional great prices anyways you save even more. If you go there on these days be prepared the store is usually packed with people and checking out lines are usually long. The staff are friendly; helpful, and polite . Please, if you go, respect the fact that they are doing a professional job as quickly as they can under extreme pressure
