In a panic, I cancelled my order and got my money back with limited time to spare to find a new arrangement. When I spoke to the women at Victoria Flower Company, they immediately understood my panic and sprung into action! They asked me to text them a photo of the bouquet that I was looking to purchase from Avas Flowers, as well as my budget, and began personalizing a bouquet for me, telling me exactly what flowers they'd include and working out a timely delivery directly to the funeral home. I asked for her to put the hot dog I ordered into the pizza oven half way so I could have a HOT dog and a crispy bun. Lyna didn't hesitate for 2 seconds "I have never done but sure" . It might be against Sam's policy who knows I am guessing it might be because the other lady did not seem happy she was doing it.
